Disappointed does not even come close to what we are feeling right now! we placed an order through Sendflowers.com and in turn placed the order with Brides & Blooms. It was for our granddaughter who just had surgery and was recovering. We ordered the Deluxe arrangement which is to match the photo on display or at least close. Also a Get Well balloon.
