It was ok at best. A server got somebody else’s food to us. then when asked about ice tea we ordered, we were told that “we don’t see these orders, since they’re in the cooler”(???) and then we got a canned ice tea for 4$. Dunno, not best value. Weird concept, bad execution and overall a 2 star experience. Like, someone thought “how do we make restaurants fast food but not really” and created Brider. Fresh, clean, fantastic, flavorful, unique, truly a gem as everything we ordered tasted incredible! Staff were so nice, the place was clean and open. We would love to return! The curry had a good kick to it, meatball sub was sooo tasty, fried rice had that wild grain type flavor-- we appreciated a new fried rice flavor! Everything was eaten.
This place is great! Gotta love a good lunch spot with a bar. The avocado sweet potato salad was to die for can't wait to try the rest!
