Worst dental office ever! The front office staff is very unprofessional and hung up on me when I asked why they waited until 40 min before my son's appointment to call and tell me they needed a notarized paper for my spouse to bring him, even though I informed them of that when I made the appointment. This was an emergency appointment because my child was in pain and I had no choice but to find him another dentist last minute. I will never go here nor will I ever refer anyone here. Terrible service!
My experience at this location was awesome!! The doctors, assistants and staff were amazing! I love how comfortable they made me feel at every appointment. The couple of times that I had an emergency, they were very quick at getting me seen and taken care of! Their customer service is out of this world! I recommend this specific office if you are looking for a dental home. My teeth are amazing! Shout out to my favorite assistant Ebony and my orthodontist Dr. Saunders! You guys rock!!!♥️
If I could leave zero stars I would! This is the worst dental office I’ve ever dealt with! Rude staff and completely unprofessional and unorganized. The canceled on twice in one week an hour before my appointments both times after having to figure out childcare all for nothing! And then they lied to me and kept putting me off because they said my insurance had not approved it still on February 20th when I got a letter on the 2nd saying they have and my insurance said they sent them the same letter!
I would strongly advise against visiting this dental clinic for any dental procedures. First and foremost, the place is extremely dirty, and the equipment is unhygienic. The doctors will touch everything before touching your face and mouth. The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and impolite. The dentist moved so quickly that the assistant couldn’t keep up and didn’t care about the pain she was causing me. THEN the dentist refused to work with me to help manage some of my pain. She is not willing to do any dental work to wisdom teeth and does not care if you wish to keep them, and refused to simply pull the tooth. She had no interest in having a real conversation with me about my treatment, and one of her staff members was quick to catch an attitude when I pushed to discuss alternatives.
