When relocating, it is important for me to confirm that my new dentist has worked with patients who were born with a cleft lip and palate. As I am one of those patients. The administrator confirmed via phone yes they have and so I made the apt. During my visit, it was clear that the doctor (and the staff) had not worked with cleft palate patients nor had they likely even met someone with this birth defect due to the questions they were asking & the things they were saying. Had service tow days in row, everyone was very nice. I appreciate the dedication and hard work of the dentist explained every detail that was going on with my gums and teeth ,to help me better take care of my teeth. Tks for helping me stay focus on keeping my teeth healthy .
