Called to set an appointment at 10 this morning for a cleaning x-rays general service the call center made an appointment today for 3 o’clock. She took all my information over the phone. She took my information on my insurance my date of birth my address phone number she mentioned everything was good to go. Had an amazing experience at this location with not only myself but my whole family. The manager, Yanira, isn’t only very professional but also extremely attentive. She helped me navigate through all my questions regarding my daughter’s ortho treatment & my baby’s referral for a frenectomy. Luckily for my husband & I, we only needed a routine cleaning & a whitening, which they offered excelente service! Thank you!
First time in the office today. The girls at the front were really nice. They helped me with my payments and got my daughter in to see the specialist as she was needing sedation. They also handled themselves very professionally when dealing with a rowdy patient at the front desk.
Office is amazing, the front desk and the doctors are the nicest people i’ve ever met. I truly recommend this office!
Great customer service from the front desk and the dentist! The manager gave me a great payment plan to have my son start braces!! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family that need braces.
