First time in the office today. The girls at the front were really nice. They helped me with my payments and got my daughter in to see the specialist as she was needing sedation. They also handled themselves very professionally when dealing with a rowdy patient at the front desk.
Office is amazing, the front desk and the doctors are the nicest people i’ve ever met. I truly recommend this office!
Great customer service from the front desk and the dentist! The manager gave me a great payment plan to have my son start braces!! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family that need braces.
Lady in the front was cussing out customers it was so unprofessional! Don't come here they are rude
I’ve been going to Brident for years and always have a great experience here! Came back today for my recall and was greeted kindly by the front staff. I appreciate the feeling that they remember me from before. I even had a hiccup with my insurance changing and they were kind enough to call the rep while I was there to get it straightened out for me.
