Very poor Patient experience! I’ve been a patient for several years and have multiple insurance providers who are listed as In Network. Came in for a prescheduled, routine, cleaning. Front desk advised I would need to reschedule as one of my insurance providers had changed since last visit. I reminded her I have multiple insurances and it is a preventative measure covered by both insurances. I also advised her the verification website take seconds to verify.
