We've been here twice. The first time was about a month ago. I brought my daughter in to have 2 cavities filled. She was being seen by communicare but they didnt have availability. We arrived 30 minutes early to our appointment but still had to wait over 3 hours. Yes 3 hours despite having an appointment and arriving early. When they finally called her back they looked at her and said yes she has cavities then asked if I wanted to make an appointment to have them filled. Profesional, staff is great, on time, clean. They have convenient Saturday appointments. Also have orthodontist.

I was there for my cleaning routine and it is the second time that made me go twice without communicating why. The first time they did not have anyone to do the cleaning and the second time because I have to wait to days because the insurance but when I made the appointment no one communicated me that it have to wait two days when they all information in file. I’ve never experienced anything like this before at this office. I went in to get a tooth checked, and while the issue was addressed, I left with my teeth bonded together after the filling and couldn’t floss properly. I returned to have it looked at, and a different dentist on call told me the filling was done incorrectly and needed to be redone. I had a follow-up appointment on Saturday at 1:30 PM. RUN don’t walk AWAY from this place. They made an unauthorized charge for a service that was already paid for. Never returned my money even after a year. The front office lady is completely incompetent, rude and disrespectful. This office is definitely engaged in some nefarious affairs. STAY AWAY!
