I’ve never experienced anything like this before at this office. I went in to get a tooth checked, and while the issue was addressed, I left with my teeth bonded together after the filling and couldn’t floss properly. I returned to have it looked at, and a different dentist on call told me the filling was done incorrectly and needed to be redone. I had a follow-up appointment on Saturday at 1:30 PM. RUN don’t walk AWAY from this place. They made an unauthorized charge for a service that was already paid for. Never returned my money even after a year. The front office lady is completely incompetent, rude and disrespectful. This office is definitely engaged in some nefarious affairs. STAY AWAY!
The orthodontics are wonderful
Terrible. They claim it takes them 30 mins to check insurance so if you just go there wi the your insurance they won’t accept you and will immediately want to reschedule. Not coming back here.
Awesome experience, staff was courteous and made the whole experience pleasant.
