Too expensive, they put a big sign outside free consultation and free x-ray ,but when go there they will charge for everything, scams
Worst experience ever!!! After waiting in an empty office without being assisted for 50 minutes I was turned away because the office staff didn’t confirm my appointment so my daughter was turned away and taken out of school for nothing. I will never return to this office or location.
This company is attempting to retain $1380 from my family over a booked appointment that I canceled. The local office charged me upfront for (half of) a deep cleaning after a routine check-up, which I naively agreed to do. After my wife was able to find a cheaper alternative at UT Dentistry, I requested a refund on 11/22/25. I was told it would take 30-45 BUSINESS days to complete the refund request (the longest lead time for a customer service request that I've ever heard of, but at least they were upfront about it). DO NOT waste your money getting braces here for your child. None of the “staff” cause I’m not sure what their titles are they could be students for all I know , ever knows what they’re doing and now, my child’s teeth look lopsided and bucked out with a major receding gum line on one of her teeth due to the misalignment . Each time she has an appointment and these matters are brought to someone’s attention, they shrug it off and say “oh the last person did it wrong but we’ve fixed it”.
