Don't say this often, but terrible place. Regret signing contract with this office. I will update review as I go through my treatment. Update: 09/23/25. I had my braces appointment scheduled last month for 09/20/25, at some point my appointment was rescheduled to 09/13/25 without notifying me. When I called the call center I was told Orthodontist schedule changed from its already limited scheduling availability options. I'm still waiting to get through their system to be able to rescheduled my appointment. To be continued...

Crystal is always so helpful and friendly when I come in always helps me when I’m unable to make a certain day very accommodating thank you crystal you’re the best!

The office manater,Natalie, is extremely rude and lazy. Seems as though she doesn't want to work there. She ignores clients when they are at front desk. She talks about private information in front of other clients and violated HIPPA regulations. She is always eating or gossiping with coworkers. She really needs to go because she is not an asset to this office.

The front office was helpful. The hygienist and the imaging person and the orthodontic team were exceptional. We were treated well and greatly appreciate all the staff that assisted with our son.
