I got a crown put in almost 2 years ago and it never felt like the right fit and it already rotted my tooth and cracked off at the gums while I was flossing. I was taken to the back in no time. All the staff was courteous and Ms.Naomi was super pleasant. The dentist was also very quick, efficient and Informative. I just with dental benefits were covered like medical benefits, it’s always so expensive to get dental work even with decent insurance.
Absolutely horrible. Their scheduling system is seriously messed up. I called the phone # to schedule an appointment. They scheduled a free exam in the Westheimer location, 20 mins later they call me saying that I need to cancel it because doctors are overbooked and they don't provide free exams at this location. I call the service center again and the agent is absolutely incompetent. Don't go there!!
I am so very afraid 😨 of dentists. So even though I was about to jump out of my skin Furigay and Dr. Montes was the best. They were very patient with me they explained everything to me. I have scheduled my next appointment with them and hope I can lose my fear of dentists and get my teeth back in good shape/health.
