I moved to San Antonio from Houston. Informed them well in advance, moved set up an appt here. This office never sent the papers over! That was Feb 17th and I'm still waiting March 13th! I have called nearly everyday. I have been promised the office manager was on it, I would get a call back, it would be sent tomorrow, ect! This is ridiculous! Getting the rujn around for a moknth and counting! I pay this company ALOT of money and you can't fax over a few papers!! Now I have to drive the 6+ hrs there and back to go get a pape... read more
