Welcome to this office. Expect long hold times on the phone or long waiting times in the office, and that includes the examination chair. Every question is answered with an excuse. Call backs have never happened me personally. One excuse commonly used is, " they are with a patient and will call you back". This office has a F rating on the BBB. I'd like to rate this location a zero, but not all the staff deserve that. Only the manager Ruth. I tried explaining how disappointed and upset I was on Tuesday this past week because my temporary crown has broken or just come off 3 times. I had the 4th temp put on Tuesday. When I tried to speak to to Ruth, she interrupted me to school me how to speak to her.
