I have been very disappointed in the brident dental office on westheimer in Houston tx initially I was given a plan after the evaluation and was told my insurance was accepted but for every procedure the insurance has denied the claim because of the coding used /now I had a temporary made for an erupted tooth and they denied it because the dentist was out of network which this office makes all the appointments and has never mentioned out of network dentist /besides the temporary was with the regular dentist but on my next ap... read more
2.19.20. First time visit. Very nice experience. Casandra was very helpful at the front desk with forms and appointments. Emily, dental assistant, was very good with the x-rays. There were a lot of x-rays. Gina, primary care coordinator, carefully went over the forms that I needed to sign for the services provided that day and the dental care bag was great.
