I have had the worst experience with my dental insurance over the past two years - New to Medicare - I’m finally back at Brident off Flores and Military Drive. What’s wonderful about this staff is they made an appointment for me the following day and after such a terrible experience with a discouraging prognosis in Somerset, Dr Collinsworth was incredibly kind and patient. We, on the Southside, are so fortunate to have this incredible staff to serve our community.
Just finished a full mouth restoration from Brident and I couldn't be happier. Had three different docs through the process and all were outstanding, especially Dr. D prosthodontist. Reception were always on the ball with reminders and schedule changes... and just being a welcoming sight when walking in the door. The front desk girl with the blonde highlights was very nice and helpful. The X-ray tech and the doctor were great as well. Definitely a 5-star experience!
