The hygienist Kim did an awesome job with my deep cleaning. She was very nice and attentive to my needs

I received a text and an email stating my appt.was April 4,2025 at 2:30pm. When I get into the cubicle,I'm told my nightguard was not even there. This wasted time out of my day
Great service and very nice
I waited over an hour after my appt time and finally walked out. The staff never acknowledged the fact that I was just sitting way past my appointment. At one point the front desk was vacant for 10 mins so I just left. Will not be returning.
