Spoke to Pedro (Coordinator) at McAllen location. Waste of my time. I was asking if my dental plan was accepted by their office. Have not purchased this $200 dental plan so member # was not available yet. Pedro, all he kept saying was "I need a member number. Can't help you." With COVID, and the lack of employment everywhere, $200 is a large expense for a family of 5 in need of dental work.
