They care nothing about patients they booked me at a location that wasn’t available and that location refused to glue a cap back on my tooth without trying to sell me a new one. Total rip offs

I have been very disappointed in the brident dental office on westheimer in Houston tx initially I was given a plan after the evaluation and was told my insurance was accepted but for every procedure the insurance has denied the claim because of the coding used /now I had a temporary made for an erupted tooth and they denied it because the dentist was out of network which this office makes all the appointments and has never mentioned out of network dentist /besides the temporary was with the regular dentist but on my next ap... read more

I went to Brident Dental on Western Center Blvd. I had an appointment on Jan 3, 2020. I was giving a quote on dentist work. I was told it would be 1326.90. I was not comfortable with being told that amount was just a quote. I added to the contract this was the total amount. The Office manager signed that this was the total. She assured me there were no other hidden charges. I was told what a great deal this was. I was told they would not do a scaling cleaning without me ordering trays and medicines. Waited 3 wks for appt went in and dentist sent me for a special mri. Costs like 300.00. During the 3 wk waited i called numerous times to speek to office manager because my insurance was changing end of month. Finally reach her after a month to be informed my appt is cancelled wasted my money on xray and they cant me. Never even received my special xray disk oh and they do accept my insurance which is Liberty. Something shady going on here !! Screen shot has been taken of this review for Cooperate

Took 2 daughters to get braces and they overcharged by $3000 for one and 1500.00 for the other daughter. They DO NOT follow the contracts they have with insurance companies. I have GEHA federal high option which is pretty much the best dental insurance around and they are the ones that told me the max they could charge me since they're under contract.
