I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. My boyfriend bought a promise ring for my birthday, but it wasn’t the right size. When we returned to have it resized, it was the shop owner’s kid who attempted the resizing. He came back after 20 minutes saying to come on Monday because the man doing the resizing will be there, which means he couldn’t do it but when we came on Monday the ring was horribly done so I understood he mess it up while trying to do it, we kept going for two months every two week to keep fixing bu... read more
