The girls are Regiss are seriously great! I had made an appointment and I guess the system had glitched and they weren’t even open the day that my appointment was supposed to be, so I called and thankfully the lady was in the store that day and got Kara in there to help me find the perfect dress! We were expecting my dress to take much longer but it arrived way sooner than expected and Val was there when I went to try it on. She is seriously great and so so nice! I don’t recall the names of our two girls who helped but they were amazing. We stopped in just to look and after the second dress, DONE!!! It was seamless and easy process.
I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Val and Kat were AMAZING!!!! I had traveled up from Nashville, because none of the shops in or near Nashville carried the 2 dresses I really wanted to try on. Well Regiss had them brought in for me!! I ended up not like them on me, BUT I shopped through all the dresses! Called ahead and told them my budget to make sure they had dresses within the range. They told me to come on and didn’t have anything pulled out. Felt very uninvited because of my lower budget. The sales associate seemed like she was very uninterested in my shopping. She wasn’t pulling dresses and left it all up to my bridal party. When I finally found a dress she did not offer to help clip it, my friend had to do it, before my friend ended up handing the clips to her. The ladies at Regiss of Glasgow were so welcoming and accommodating ! The gowns are gorgeous of course but anytime I went in to get my dress altered they knew me by name. They made me feel really comfortable! When I was trying on dresses, they had a system to make sure that I had tried on several styles of dresses before choosing the one. They have a variety of styles, colors, and selections...I have yet to see a dress that looks like mine! I would recommend this store. 10/10!
