I sent them a dress to be preserved in March, 2022. Followed all email instructions for packing and care. Absolutely no follow-up at all. They say a "6 week turn around time" but I'm guessing what they mean by that is "we'll get to you whenever". The date today is June 15, 2022 and I haven't recieved a single email or phone call about my dress. I have tried calling and emailing, and now today am trying through Facebook. I'm pleased with their service. Smooth experience from beginning to end. Received an email during the process. They also texted me photos of the dress after it had been cleaned, but before it was boxed. There were three photos, so I could verify that it had been cleaned. (There was an extra $10 charge for this, but I'm glad it was even offered. I wanted to check their work.) Happy with the experience.

I reviewed a reviews on Google and they are more recent than mine and I wish I knew this before I sent my dress. They DO NOT CALL BACK. However they will send a generic email letting you know a date that isn't true! I sent my dress back on August 2021 and still have not received it back yet. At this point I will take my dress sent back in the original package I sent and get my money back, this is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! ONCE I RECEIVE MY DRESS I WILL UPDATE ANOTHER 1 STAR REVIEW smh
I have not recieved my dress back and its been 6 months. They recieved it october 2021. I recieved an email feb 2022 saying that they were having trouble getting the preservation boxes but were for sure getting them back in stock march 1st. I have yet to recieve any further updates or tracking information.
