We supposed to pick-up my gown today she agreed with us but nobody at the store and nobody answering our call, text messages or email. Our wedding is tomorrow. We wasted few hours already.

I called to set up a bridal appointment for several designers that they have listed on their website. I read the reviews ahead of time but decided to reach out regardless. The owner explained they have many dresses coming in from the designers but if I wanted to try anything on I may be disappointed. I asked if we ordered dress if that was possible. My experience with Bridal with Love was exceptional. Ales was always so sweet, accommodating and attentive to my needs. Ales also hand delivered my dress to my house after the alteration process took place. It was nicely packaged, steamed and ironed. Thanks to Ales and her team, I found the perfect wedding gown and I felt like the most beautiful bride wearing it. Thank you so much for your support and professionalism.
