Just purchased my wedding dress here! Xóchitl helped me out and I couldn’t be more grateful to have her be my consultant. She made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly my vision. Turns out the first dress she picked was the one!! Yay! Will update once dress arrives :)

This was a horrible experience at every step of the process. We made a reservation to try on bridesmaid dresses as a group, and they put all of us, including the mother of the bride, in one hot, small dressing room with no dividers or privacy. They told the bride that her dress was in and they brought it out for her to try on, and it was not the dress she ordered, so they had to reorder it. I’m writing this because another bride’s review titled “⚠️Beware of Alterations⚠️” is what helped save my wedding day. The dress purchase experience was fine, but once alterations started, everything went downhill. They delayed my first fitting for months, putting it dangerously close to my wedding date.
