I came in today not sure what I was looking for and the girls at the Bridal Suite helped me find the perfect dress for my country chic wedding! I am so excited about my dress and finding this amazing shop! The customer service was beyond anything I had experienced at any other bridal shop in the area. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! These people are CROOKS! They will say anything to get your money. Over the summer, I flew from the Midwest to Florida to get my dress. They promised me I would receive my dress at the very beginning of September. I received my dress in October. I'm getting married at the beginning of November. Beware of reviews for a business that are totally glowing, especially in Pensacola. Could be friends and family of the business owner. Our experience was nothing like the other reviewers here and put us 3 mos. behind in our dress buying process. We will be spending between 1500 -2000 on a dress here in Pcola, but will not be at this store. Should never have put all our trust in one store, shop around and be adamant in what you want and GET IT IN WRITING if you put any money out there! The entire staff at The Bridal Suite was patient and welcoming to my Mom and I both as I tried on wedding dresses in different styles and sizes. I came in not having a clue what I wanted and they helped me to figure it out. They were more than accommodating and it is obvious that they aim to please you as the bride. They are kind and I did not feel pressured to make a decision right then and there(tried on the same dress over 4 times!) like some other bridal stores I had been to. My sister and I have both bought our dresses here and my bridesmaids bought their dresses here too. Everything was fine and dandy until I wanted to use a coupon that I received at a Bridal Expo for $200 off a bridal gown. Since she knew I had already bought my dress and still got me to sign up for the coupon I assumed I could use the coupon considering how much money we have spent at this shop. After searching 5 cities, 7 bridal salons, and trying on over 40 dresses I had almost decided what I wanted didn't exist & figured out that good customer service is hard to find... Until I stopped in here! The entire staff was SO sweet & they have such an amazing selection & set-up! I cannot say enough great things about this business the family that runs it! Great experience here!

This is THE place to go for bridal! They have tons to choose from for bridal gowns and bridesmaids! The staff was very friendly and knew what they were talking about. I ordered my gown, veil, jewelry, shoes, bridesmaids, and flowergirl dress from them and I am happy with all of it!
