WARNING! This place should no longer be in business! They overcharge and make you pay prior to trap you by having a no refund policy for when they botch the alterations. They destroyed my dress for a wedding, that can’t be reordered in time and even if it could is no longer being sold. The show stopper of the dress was the slits that show off my legs yet they closed up the slits, which they were NOT to do. Very Nice and knowledgeable staff, Helped with everything we needed. Inventory was a huge surprise, stocked to the hills.
Worst Bridal Store!!! BEWARE!!! I called in my measurements for my bridesmaid dress and was advised to get a size. When it came in it was 3 sizes too small and the owner said "I had to learn that you order bigger and measurements are general sizing" When I questioned her professionalism about advising me to order that size since I gave her my measurements and trusted her advise and that "I had to learn" she continued to blame it on my error and hung up on me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
The initial experience at Bridal Place was fairly pleasant; the staff was helpful without being in any way pushy. The dress I ordered was also a very reasonable price and happened to be exactly what I was looking for. HOWEVER - my dress is currently about 4 weeks late being delivered. I called twice and got a new delivery date each time; at the moment I am told it has been shipped (I made sure they called to verify) and that it should be here either Thursday or Friday - three weeks before my wedding day, leaving little time ... read more
Not my favorite place that's for SURE! The owner was extremely rude!! I felt rushed and like she was pushing a sale on me. I was engaged over a year ago and started looking right away. After a few bad experiences I decided to push the wedding back a while and take our time getting things together so that it would be stress free. I am a bride getting married in June and the ladies at Bridal Place and Alterations have been wonderful to work with! Everything for my wedding is already in and we just ordered it in January! They are awesome! I highly recommend them and their prices are VERY reasonable! :) Tracy Hancock
It was obvious that Bridal Place knows how to do the best alterations around. The lady was an absolute pro. They gave me the personal attention that I was looking for and I was definetely happy with the service!
