My daughter and I stopped in to look at quinceanera dresses. The staff as very helpful and friendly. My daughter was delighted with her dress. Overall a very enjoyable experience
I would never ever recommend a bride here. Service was bad!! Never ordered mother of bride dress and never had my gown ready when I went twice for a fitting. I never had a chance to try my dress up before my wedding date. I had no choice but to wear it as was, it was too big on top and falling all day and evening. I made the best of a bad situation because I didn't want to let Bridal Novias ruin my special day! Spend a little more and go to a local botique or out of town. Not a classy establishment, at all!! Really bad customer service towards the end lady's were rude since the lady that sold me the dress was no longer there they did not want to help me since it was not there sale they got upset when I asked them to let my daughter try the dress that they had order to see if it fit the lady mad dogged us throught the process they just made it a bad experience.I was being completely ignore till I asked for help
