I would’ve gave this place one star but there’s a reason I didn’t. I came to this place looking for a customized veil they confirmed over the phone they do customizations. Once I showed her what I wanted she said okay but it will be hard to get. She then proceeded to say I will send you pictures when I’m about to sew the picture on and instead of texting me she had me drive not once or twice but THREE times an hour away saying it was ready but wasn’t. This place has gone down in quality and sales reps I'm not sure what happened but it's a complete °180. Came here 8 years ago, it was totally different and of great quality, but now, I just don't know what happen to this place. Avoid at all cost, these two ladies here are scamming people
I am just back from collecting my second dress from alterations with Carmen at Bridal ST and I am thrilled with the outcome and actually feel quite emotional! I came to Carmen on a recommendation from a colleague at JPL. Bridal and Special times has my gratitude forever! I called them on a SUNDAY, the DAY of my daughter's wedding, and explained that her veil had been accidentally transported to Oregon with some of their moving boxes. They opened the store, just for us, only for us, and had the perfect veil for my daughter's dress. Crisis averted. She needed a blusher for the ceremony and they sewed it on while we waited.
