I was in town for something else and thought to stop by on a whim. The staff were all really friendly and provided a great balance of letting me search the racks on my own and assisting when needed. They never made me feel bad about my low price range or pressured me to make a decision that dayr I ended up getting a beautiful dress for around $400 that had just been marked down (don't forget to take advantage of the $25 cash/check discount.)

It's not a luxury boutique, true, but I had a very enjoyable experience here. I went several times to show my mom, sister, FMIL, the dresses that I liked here. The staff was very polite and friendly and remembered me each time (I came in probably 4 times total). It's pretty hands-off, so my sister and I scoured the racks for dresses without aid or interference, but that was ok with us because we preferred to look on our own instead of having someone hovering and being pushy.
