Iryna... This place is English speaking challenged. They sent me contract to sign with incorrect sizes and when I asked them to correct they ignored me and charged my card. When I revoked payment they called me trash to the bride and threatened to hold all dresses hostage. You can't even make a story like this up!
AWFUL, RUDE SERVICE – Their staff is awful. The manager and the woman in charge of bridesmaid dresses- Iryna are completely unprofessional and phony. They say things to appease you to make the sale. They are insulting and could use some assistance in etiquette and how to deal with customers. I would never go back there again and will make sure all of my friends stay far away from there. Great Service!! Great Quality!! – After searching at 3 different Bridal stores around the Philadelphia area, I still had not found the right dress. I approached The Bridal Garden, thinking that I may find a dress but that it would be out of my price range. As I arrived the wait was rather short and my mother, sister and I were excorted to a private fitting room. Impeccable taste – Debbie is amazing and has impeccable taste. There was not a single gown that was not beautiful which you would think makes things more difficult, but with Debbie's guidance and expertise, it was an easy and pleasant experience.
Wonderful Dress Selection – I appreciate the time and patience that Diana took with me. They had wonderful dress choices and great customer service.
