I was exposed to several beautiful dresses that I never may have tried on. Ended up finding the dress. So happy now! Time to hook up the bridesmaids as well.

My attendant at Bridal Gardens was Mary Ellen and she was a charm. She had a great understanding of the whole process and my frame of mind. Great understanding of what I was looking for. She was an absolute pleasure.

Iryna... This place is English speaking challenged. They sent me contract to sign with incorrect sizes and when I asked them to correct they ignored me and charged my card. When I revoked payment they called me trash to the bride and threatened to hold all dresses hostage. You can't even make a story like this up!

I was apart of a wedding party and the lady who sized me pulled the dress tight and clipped it in the back. She said I was a perfect size 2 and not to order anything else. The dress came in and I am still the same exact size wearing the same size 2 and Small clothes! The dress fitting was awful! It barley closed I've my but and my seam stress had to create a corset in the back to be able to close the dress. Their staff is awful. The manager and the woman in charge of bridesmaid dresses- Iryna are completely unprofessional and phony. They say things to appease you to make the sale. They are insulting and could use some assistance in etiquette and how to deal with customers. I would never go back there again and will make sure all of my friends stay far away from there. Great Service!! Great Quality!! – After searching at 3 different Bridal stores around the Philadelphia area, I still had not found the right dress. I approached The Bridal Garden, thinking that I may find a dress but that it would be out of my price range. As I arrived the wait was rather short and my mother, sister and I were excorted to a private fitting room.
