The state of how they keep there store should have given me a clue not to purchase here. EVERYTHING is strewn everywhere. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The man who owns the business does the tuxedo orders. He wanted me to pay in cash.He wouldn't write me a receipt. He wrote some scribble on the back of a business card and told me to bring it back. he neglected to give me a copy of my order form. We were very impressed with the owners and the girls working there. My daughter tried on lots of dresses (all pretty/nice) and thought she found the one she wanted, however, there was a bit of hesitation, as we left the owner said if she got home and changed her mind bring it back the next day, so we did. Two days of trying on probably 20 dresses, she found her perfect dress the 2nd day, the wife will do some slight alterations that were needed (for a very good price). The whole experience was great ! I went to every department store in Nashville, looking for a ball gown and I came in, just to look, and found exactly what I needed! Husband was very funny and the wife was so sweet and did my alterations in 10 min!!!

I had to order a bridesmaid dress there because they were the only one in Nashville to carry the brand. They had no samples to try on. The woman measured me and ordered the dress on a website. She told me it'd be in by July. The dress came in the first week of September. The wedding is the third week of September. I took the dress home and tried it on, THERE WAS SIX INCHES BETWEEN THE SIDES OF THE ZIPPER!!!! What? All she had to do was properly measure me and type a few things on the computer. Total fail. I went to RJ's Fashions on Nolensville Rd to get a bridesmaids dress last year. I was treated well and everything went well with my order, just like I expected. As I was walking out with my dress, Mrs. RJ asked me to put a review for them if I liked the service they provided. Even though I said yes at that time, I forgot about it and did nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I never write reviews on places, but the customer service I received was unbelievable and unacceptable. I just spoke on the phone with a lady who could barley speak English (supposedly the manager) and she actually yelled at me for asking if I could set up an appointment for my bridesmaids to come in and try on dresses. She said that people always came into the store and tried on her dresses but ended up buying them somewhere else. Because of this, there is a $10 charge PER person ... read more
