Wish I could give negative stars! Bought my daughter's wedding dress there and they did not keep promise to clean the makeup off of her dress that was there from girls trying it on. They were VERY disorganized and lost her file with names and colors and they called many times about other customer's dresses. They seemed uninterested in helping the bridesmaids during their fittings and even had them try on new bridesmaid's dresses that were already purchased and waiting to be picked up!! I visited many of the bridal stores in Fort Wayne, and this was by far the best! I found the dress of my dreams at an awesome price, and the staff was amazing! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great bridal selection at reasonable prices! They also had a great selection of formal dresses too!
I've been trying to get my money OR dress back for MONTHS!!! The owner tries to reassure me that my dress sold but doesn't know for how much or to whom she sold it (therefore not knowing how much to pay me) All I want is either my dress or the money for it... and can't seem to get either!!!
Do NOT let them have your precious wedding dress! They are very unorganized and have no idea where anything is. It has a number, but they do not know how to find it. If you want to pick it up, you will have to locate yourself. My unused wedding dress was returned without the tags. The dressed are all crammed together. One of my prom dresses was taken to Goodwill, without contacting me first, because they did not like it.
