Was so incredibly please with my experience here! I see people have left reviews about not liking that they do bridal by appointment but I thought that it was a great experience BECAUSE it was by appointment. I was treated amazing, had one on one help and felt like I was important unlike at the other stores that I visited where they didn't have appointments. I found my dream dress and ordered it the other day! I have been recommending this store to everyone I know who is getting married!
Bridal Emporium wants to make your bridal gown search special and informative. Having said that, We request bridal appointments so you will have a qualified consultant assist you in selecting the perfect gown. While some find this an inconvenience others prefer the one on one attention.
If you dont make an appointment you're apparently not welcome here. AND when you do you are limited on time and how many dresses youre allowed to try on. they clearly have no idea what customer service is. I went to Wedding Works and Danel and if you want to be treated as a bride, as you should go to Wedding Works for your wedding needs...the ladies there go above and beyond
Wonderful store! The amount of inventory they keep is astounding. Stunning gowns everywhere! Good service every time I have been here. I would recommend this store to anyone! The only thing that I dislike is that the parking lot is small, maybe a dozen parking spots so when they are busy it is hard to find a spot! My wife and I had the best time in this store. We had gone to a couple other "bridal" stores in the area and none of them compared to The Bridal Emporium. The staff was extremely friendly and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. I rented my tux's here for my groomsmen and myself and they turned out awesome! My wife also bought her wedding gown here, which she looked absolutely stunning in. The best part was that they were really flexible with payment plans. Lovely store, great staff and wonderful customer service! I have gotten gowns here numerous times and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!
I was really pleased by my experience dress shopping at the Bridal Emporium. They have a large selection of bridal gowns, with bridesmaids and prom dresses on the first floor and wedding dress on the second floor. The consultant I had was very personable, knowledgeable and really made the experience a good one! During the appointment, she made suggestions of things she thought that i would like, which I loved! The employees are amazing and extremely helpful! I went into this store not really knowing what I wanted and came out with a bridal gown, rented tuxedos and my mother even bought her gown here. On the contrary to the last comment, I seriously don't know what you are talking about. I had the most amazing experience in the Bridal Emporium! They have a huge selection of bridal gowns and all of them were very modern and classy. My family and I were extremely impressed! My bridal consultant was very friendly and knew what she was talking about!
