I absolutely loved it here wayyyyy better, cleaner and prettier and more helpful for my wedding gown experience than other shops in Erie! My stylist was on point so nice thought of things I would have never and was super helpful and sweet! Highly recommend for finding your dream wedding dress I sure did !!!
This was such a last minute appointment I made, and they were able to fit me in, Kat was my stylist, and she was so amazing and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. As a plus size bride it’s always nerve wracking shopping for your gown, but everyone in the store was so joyful and happy to see me. Ironically I found the most amazing gown, and veil. Bridal elegance has the most beautiful dresses, but warning make sure you bring a friend. There is one employee that is rude and creates a negative environment. She makes you feel bad for trying on gowns. I thought that maybe she was just having a bad day when my girlfriend was looking for a dress. This same attitude was experienced by my sister in law as well. Both friends came back a different day with a different employee and found great dresses.
My experience in this store was my favorite in all of my wedding dress shopping adventures. Chris was a huge part of that. Chris was so in tune with my thoughts and what I was looking for that she pulled a dress that hadn’t made it to the floor yet and I said Yes! I said I was looking for something that highlighted me as an artist and she just understood the assignment. Her attention to detail and personality made it a memory I’ll cherish forever.
