I found my dress their i want to say in February paid down a big amount of it but something happened with my fiance and we had to cancel the hole wedding. But this place is very unprofessional and not empathetic to the situation and I do still own some on my dress but I dont need it anymore and I can not even receive a refund or anything
Christine and Denise were amazing in helping me find a perfect dress! They were both very knowledgeable and very friendly. The entire experience was amazing all the way from the staff interactions to the place itself!
From start to finish these ladies have been nothing but incredible to work with. They were able to make all changes I asked for seamlessly. Super accommodating and kind. As a slightly bigger bride it can be hard to find a look that really nails it and they did everything to make this exactly what I wanted.
Had the most amazing experience from start to finish. I had been eyeing a dress that was unavailable in my state (Ohio) I found Bridal Elegance who happened to be a direct ambassador of the designer of my dress. They were able to get the dress ordered for me to their store and I said yes! Lulu was an amazing consultant as well and very helpful with all my trying on and off and on.. thank you so much
