It's sad think this is the store everyone one says is the place to go in Erie. Go out of town. The staff here has been very rude, pretentious, and dismissive. They did not inform anyone of policies during purchase then were downright nasty on follow-up phone calls. The attitude is that "you should know" and, if you don't, too bad for you. Got our Tuxedo's from Cuff formal wear Had a great experience, the girls there made us all feel like home. They all had great advice and helped make sure everything fit perfectly for the big day. Some of my guys had buttons fall off of vests and jackets during the day, but that was the only snafu. Will use them again
Had such a great experience here! Found a one of a kind wedding dress that fit me so well, all of the staff were very helpful and kind. All of the service from scheduling to fitting and sewing was top notch. They really poured care into their work and it shows. My dress and veil were beautiful and fit perfectly. Highly recommended!
Obsessed!! I just got all 4 of my bridesmaids' dresses from the sidewalk sale! My total came to $190 for all 4 dresses!! And they are STUNNING! I highly suggest checking out the sidewalk sale, and they do it once a year! The staff there are also so kind and accommodating. I'm very thankful for everyone at bridal elegance for helping me create my dream wedding!🩷
Unfortunately, my best friend had a bad experience with Denise. She was very rude and had a lot to say about her size. Every time I said anything about the dresses not quite fitting her, Denise made remarks instead of complimenting her. There was another stylist helping a bride at the time and she was ranting and raving about her dresses! She was doing her job wonderfully, and giving options/complimenting her figure.
