This store has done nothing but be incompetent and waste our time when it has come to buying or renting a suit jacket, as well as being flat out rude about being a bigger build. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy shop here
I bought my dress and had my alterations done with Bridal Elegance. I had my last fitting/pick up of my dress the Monday before our wedding on Saturday. The dress fit great and was told by staff I had at least 2” of breathing room in the back. Unfortunately, during my Husband and I’s private vows 45 minutes before the ceremony, the hook in the back of the dress completely broke. Since that broke, the zipper wouldn’t stay up. I found my dream dress at Bridal Elegance! Christine was very helpful and knowledgeable about the alterations and the practicality which helped me make my decision. I had such a wonderful experience!
I found my dress their i want to say in February paid down a big amount of it but something happened with my fiance and we had to cancel the hole wedding. But this place is very unprofessional and not empathetic to the situation and I do still own some on my dress but I dont need it anymore and I can not even receive a refund or anything
