Christine and Chris helped me choose an absolutely beautiful gown to wear for my son's wedding. I wasn't able to visit Bridal Elegance in person because I live far away. None the less they helped with sizing and ordering over the phone. I will need hemming and another small alteration. I take the dress to a seamstress tomorrow. After a horrible experience at David’s Bridal, we called “Bridal Elegance” and were able to get an appointment within an hour of leaving David’s. It was the best experience ever! I will tell EVERYONE from now on to go there instead of DB. LuLu (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was amazing!
It was a great experience and I found the dress today! I went in with a few ideas from pictures, and I tried on several styles. The consultant did her best to make me feel comfortable and listened to my likes and dislikes with each dress. We found the dress and had the "moment" with family once I put on the veil! I was happy to say yes!
I absolutely loved it here wayyyyy better, cleaner and prettier and more helpful for my wedding gown experience than other shops in Erie! My stylist was on point so nice thought of things I would have never and was super helpful and sweet! Highly recommend for finding your dream wedding dress I sure did !!!
