My entire experience from first try on to pick up was wonderful. Everyone that works there was so kind and helpful. It was probably my 8th or 9th bridal store and they made it feel as special as my first! They have a great process that allows you to view most of their dresses on Pinterest so I was able to find ones I really liked and try them on during my appointment. Had the most wonderful experience here! Isabel was an angel, so helpful and informational about how the process goes for trying on dresses, customizing dresses, etc. She picked out so many beautiful dresses that were geared towards what I wanted and still managed to find a few outside of what I wanted that were still so beautiful! I 100% am so happy with my experience here! (Photos of dress pictured is not the one I chose, but a close second!)
I have to rewrite my entire review, because the stylists were so sweet, but as soon as the shop had my money, all bets were off. First, they measured me as tight as they possibly could pull the measuring tape around my waist, and they didn’t bother to measure my hips, so my dress was a size or two too small. Not only did this result in costly alterations, it made me feel bad about my body, especially when the owner continuously litigated my measurements with me and even wrote in their records that I had gained weight!!! This was a 100/10 experience! The shop and dresses are beautiful, the stylists are so kind and knowledgeable, and finding my dress was effortless. I didn’t really know what I was looking for when I went to my appointment, but Kelly knew exactly what to pull for me based on the few dresses I showed her. I had so much fun chatting with Kelly throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured to buy, but they made it too easy to say yes to the dress 🥰
