Horrible service I am very disappointed with them I was charged double for my daughter's dress and the alterations were horrible they messed up the vest. Kids everywhere eating and spilling drinks luckly they didn't get the dress dirty , they were supposed to get the wrinkles out of the dress it didn't happen . Totally agree Services super horrible and I wish I had taken the time to look at your comments before.Its been 3 years since your comment and they still have horrible service and to top off they said things I never said to other family members trying to provoke a dispute between us ...bad bad service 😠
Service here is horrible...takes forever to try on tuxedo since they only have one dressing room...place is crowded and very messy!! My sons tuxedo fit him very loose and they tried to tell tell me that the reason they fit that way was cuz he was wearing them too low which he was not and then after that they said that it was cuz that is the style of the pant that it was a loose for not a fitted style...they told me that if I wanted them fitted they would do it but at an extra charge...if ur looking for a professional tuxedo ... read more
