Steve moved heaven and earth to get me a suit that fits (I'm a big guy), and delivered a great product. If you need a suit and you're in the greater kingston area, this man will be your champion. He's also got some very cool memorabilia to gander at while you wait, so that's a big plus. If I could give them a 6 star I would.
One of the best people I've ever met is getting married and found her gown here. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. They were able to get her a same-day appointment, prepared possible dress options in advance based on her preferences, and were genuinely some of the kindest and most caring women I've ever met. The staff at bridal creations was wonderful, I had an idea of what I wanted for my dress. After showing staff pictures and seeing the style I wanted, staff provided me with the options they had in the same style and did not push me in a different/ more expensive direction than the dress I wanted. After buying the dress, they asked if I knew or had a seamstress to do alterations, I already had one in mind but if I didn’t, they were going to provide me with a list of reliable ones in town.
