Sofia is an amazing seamstress. She did all the alterations for my wedding dress in November 2013 and it's taken me awhile, but I HAD to write her a review because she was just that great. Not only was she very pleasant and professional, her work was impeccable. My dress was very lacey and light and barely had any structure to it at all. It was basically a slip with a lace overlay. When I bought my wedding dress, the top was (from waist up) bigger. I usually have this problem with dresses and it is hard to find a snag fit for the upper body as I have a very petite upper body, from waist to the bust. I needed my dress altered for the Marine Corps ball, the dress was way to big on me and i really disnt like it,but it was all i had. Sofia did wonders though adter my dressed was finiahed i fell in love with it. She even added extra to my dress like straps. Her pricing are very affordable and she is a very quick worker. 2 months before my wedding I realised the dress doesn’t fit me well and also from what the lady from David’s bridal said is not fixable. The design on the dress was way too low on the thigh and it as making me look very short. I was broken, and had no idea what I was going to do. PERFECT! Sofia is so professional and inexpensive! I mean it, there are so many alterations people that claim they are cheap but just did not fit my tight budget. Sofia is a top-notch professional that is honest and wants to make everything affordable for you. Sofia is a amazing seamstress. I bought a gorgeous size xsmall for my daughters sweet 15. It didn't fit her, I took it to Sofia and she took it in and added a strap. The dress fit amazing when she was done with it. I loved what she did with. I highly recommend her. Thanks Sofia!!!!
SOFIA IS EXCEPTIONAL!!! Sofia was absolutely amazing! She altered my wedding dress, taking it in on the bust, sides and waist. The fit was perfect and I felt beautiful. She actually had to take the dress in twice because I had lost weight but she was happy to do it and didn't charge me extra. Her attention to detail and precision is unbeatable.
