Was the best experience in every way possible. Dahlia was the best! I couldn't believe she was the owner and out working the floor like her employees. She is Very down to earth, truthful on how things look on you! Plus she drives a Tesla...NICE!

I purchased a dress from Viper Apparel. The dress was beautiful and looked beautiful on my granddaughter. The dress was Tiffany 16761. The day of the prom she put it on to have pictures made and the outer layer of sequins started getting splits in it along the back of the dress. I notified viper apparel about the problem. I did not want my money back, only wanted it repaired because it is obvious it is defective material and should be sent back to the manufacturer to either be replaced or repaired. You have to go to Viper Apparel and check out the selection. I got my prom dress there for my senior prom and it was perfect. The sales ladies at this place are one of a kind and so are the dresses. They have never steered me wrong. I love the fact they will not sell the same dress even in another color!

I was lies to and told my 600 dollar dress would fit me perfectly and when pinned it looked amazing but when called the first time and told me to come in and pick up my dress three months after i ordered it and two weeks before prom IT WAST DONE AT ALL!!!!!!!!! So i was told to come back again which i did two days later and it still wasnt done correctly I was so discouraged i left unhappy with my $600 dress which is non refundable i about cried i have no idea what to do and prom is this saturday! :(

My best friend told me about Viper Apparel and how amazing it was. When I asked her how much her dress cost she told me around $350. At first I was extremely turned off by that because I could not afford a dress that expensive. I still convinced my mom to drive an hour and a half just to look at dresses. When we walked in we were overwhelmed by all of the beautiful dresses. Viper Apparel is Michigan's #1 Prom Dress Shop for a reason! That is why you only see one BAD review. I have gotten all of my dresses from Viper! I have special ordered and bought off the rack and have never been disappointed. I love the staff especially Melissa, she is honest, and has a different approach to service and commitment. They surprised me, for real. They were really sincere about wanting to know everything about my even so they could be sure that I was unique (so no one else had my dress), so i matched my boyfriend would match me, so that i was actually happy in the dress and that I stayed under my budget with money left over (thanks to a coupon they gave me).
