I can't say enough good about Pat and the Bridal Boutique!!! She made this the easiest part of all wedding planning for my daughter!! My daughter just picked up her dress today and left with a wonderful happy smile. 27+ years ago Pat did the same thing for me with my wedding!!!
This place is awful. The staff are rude and couldn't care less about about ensuring the bride and bridal party are satisfied. Our dresses didn't come in until 1 week before the event although we paid for rush service and they didn't even call. We had to call multiple times. Now we all have to pay for rush alterations. They will NEVER get my business again.
Rude people who are only out to make a buck off of their customers. They didn't have the courtesy to call when my dresses came in, even though we paid for rush ordering. Then had to pay extra for "rush alterations" because the dress sizes they ordered didn't fit after their staff took our measurements. Just all around uncaring and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
I tried to give a local small business a shot, I won't do that again for something important.... I needed 5 tuxedo rentals for my wedding, it was all down hill from that point. Every tux had something wrong with it, some were not even what I ordered. I have worked retail regional management for years and could easily tell training was something they didn't do. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I needed a dress really short notice and they still got it altered in time for me. Definitely reccomend!!
The owner spent alot of time with my son trying to find just the right look for him. There were 9 groomsman in his wedding and everything was perfect!
