Terrible! Awful! Horrible customer service and business dealings! Bridal Boutique ordered my "designer gown" from a knockoff website (not through the designer) and charged me the designer price. And when I called her out on it, she treated me like some crazy bride who simply decided she didn't like her dress anymore. HELLO!
