Had an initial hopeful interaction with the staff for my wedding a couple of months ago after friar tux called us and said the suit we ordered was no longer available. Came here to see what our options were and had a good appointment getting my husband fitted. The problem we had was the ordering process being greatly inaccurate toward our needs and the normal way that receiving orders was communicated to us as being.
