The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful to the mobility needs of my grandmother. In terms of the staff itself, they gave me a lot of confidence and independence with the type of dress I wanted; as well as applying their expertise throughout the process
This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and it was such a great experience. I worked with Ava, who was so sweet, helpful and patient with me. She was very professional and offered much insight and advice when it came to the dresses.
The family at Bridal Trousseau and Bridal Affection were wonderful! I had such an amazing experience with Yvonne, Mel, Kelly, Ide, and Ava. I would highly recommend their bridal shops! They made me and my mother feel welcomed, comfortable, and special. We had an excellent time there. All the staff are very familiar with the designers, styles, and materials.
