Okay not the best
I am talking about pharmacy department. they always busy. they has very limited curtsey to their customers, probably their limited staff and workload. however, when you ask the transfer the medications to another pharmacy they should act as they transfer to CVS of other branch. unfortunately they don't. they neglected to some medications which is critical to the patients. it affected patients' blood work results. very irresponsible. also there is no way to talk to human but AI. very bad communication as a pharmacy deparment.... read more
