Charles was knowledgeable, communicative and very respectful of our house (he asked if he should take his shoes off and remembered it for the next day fix). The price is very reasonable - I will be using Brico agin and highly recommend Charles!
Fast, competent, reasonably priced. The technician also took time to answer all of the questions I asked. I WILL be using them for all my HVAC issues in the future.
Great customer service. The technician Brayant I believe was his name he was very helpful, arrived pretty quick and also fixed the issue with my AC pretty quick that same day we called he came and fixed the issue. Now my AC is running good blowing pretty cool air. Also the pricing was reasonable and great.
Got home from work and my ac was out. Called around 7:45 pm and Charles arrived at my home about an hour later. He was very professional and explained in detail what the issue was. Charles was able to fix the issue and got my ac back up and running! I have used them three times before and always happy with the service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing affordable and quality products and services.
