My Kobe loved this place. I was a regular sometimes because of travel and sometimes simply because Kobe just loved it, the moment he stepped out of the car he went straight for the doggie area . They treat your furry children like babies, the best place.

I had booked an overnight stay for my 2 dogs. I toured the place prior to leaving my dogs there. This place is a dump! It smells like urine, there is no grass for the dogs to play on, and it is falling apart. So glad I didn't leave my dogs there!!!!!

I am sorry you chose not to use our services. If you come in for a tour in the early part of the day, or in a very busy part of the day, you may indeed smell urine in the lobby. You see, dogs come in and out all day long, and very often pee or poop in our lobby. Often, a dog's owners do not notice their dog has had an "accident," and fail to inform us of that fact. Disgruntled former employee who believes it's ok to steal our intellectual property. So common these days. You'd think people like this could come up with something more inventive!
We really stressed about finding a great place for our 3 Ridgebacks to stay when we are away. We just completed our first stay. We found the staff to be personable and really interested in our dogs. They came home happy and tired. The Thanksgiving dinner touch was very special. Mike knows his dogs so we valued his comments. When the video did not work for us, the owner and staff let us know how the dogs were doing each day which was really important. We will go back again for Daycare and vacation.

one of my lab-mixes (11 year old Cagney) is a bit 'growly' when other dogs get too close - she was asked to leave another daycare for this reason - Brickyard has been fabulous and realize that she is not vicious or dangerous - just doesn't like other dogs in her face! Cagney (aka the fun police) and her sister Lacey (also about 11 years old) have been going to Brickyard for over 1 1/2 years now every M-F - 7am - 4:40pm while I'm at work.
