Compassionate, clean,caring,always available with concerns or questions. Forever grateful for the care they have given my son during his terminal illness.
Not so long ago 9 people killed assisted living Massachusetts 30 Injured.(.Fire) depend residents.why? SHORT OF STAFF.....well Brick yard ran short of stuff as well...a full care facility!!! One night 3 staff for the whole facility....1 aid one nurse a pregnant qma...no one else...I ask the director of nursing an administrator........is this where you want to be when Jesus comes??? I ask the health department....why are you allowing this? You too share the guilt....change it!!!!!
My sister in that place 😞 she call me 😭 crying all time the staff should care more.
