I strongly recommend that families carefully consider other options before placing a loved one at this facility. My family member was here for only about 26 hours before being transported to the hospital by ambulance. Formal complaints have since been filed with the Indiana Department of Health and VA Veterans Community Care Program. Our most serious concern involved medication administration. I moved my dad to Brickyard from out of town so he could be closer to me, I was looking for an extension of family and I think that’s just what I found here, everyone is passing the vibe check, if you know anything about adult long term living facilities is they have a “certain” smell, Brickyard has been clean everytime I come to visit, very minimal urine smell…the place is clean & ppl working there are friendly and helpful, my dad came with bed sores that I wasn’t even aware of til the day I came to transfer him, they took ... read more
