We're always short-staffed, never get our medication on time. And it's supposed to be at a certain time, 😞 our director has a closed door policy. Not once has she ever asked how I was doing. She's a hoodwinker.... And ask for dignity and respect you might as well forget it. The staff treats their favorites and forget about the rest of us.This facility is the worst I've been in and I've been in 7 skilled nursing facility from 2016, this is definitely bottom of the barrel.. I strongly recommend that families carefully consider other options before placing a loved one at this facility. My family member was here for only about 26 hours before being transported to the hospital by ambulance. Formal complaints have since been filed with the Indiana Department of Health and VA Veterans Community Care Program. Our most serious concern involved medication administration. The orders specified 19 medications to be given orally, yet staff crushed medications and administered them through the G-tube. The G... read more
