This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. In fact, in my opinion their rating should be far below zero. The apartments are extremely dirty and infested with pests. The roofs leak, and most of the fixtures and appliances are old, outdated, and dysfunctional. A worn-out rag was presented as a carpet. If we could give them negative 10000 stars we would. Run! Run as fast as you can from this place> My sons apartment is a shit hole. As much as he treats for roaches there are triple that takes the place. This place is disgusting, grass not cut, trash laying on balcony's. He filed a request for a leak coming from an apartment above him coming from the air conditioner so bad he had to have towels laying on his floor, this was over a year ago, no response until a so called manger sends a message stating " we see you contacted... read more

If you are a business looking to work with Brickyard Flats, do so with caution and take payment up front. We have a past due invoice with this property from March and April of 2024. They responded that they are in possession of the invoices, but have gone radio silent otherwise. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH BRICKYARD FLATS.
