Best floor plan on the price range, good quality as well. which I why I bought two. Worst customer service and worst warranty support I have ever seen!! One year warranty was rejected because of two month over one year (no any format of reminder from Meritage Homes). The closing warranty did not happen. I didn't follow up because the warranty person promised to work with the tenants.
