I made the mistake of reading reviews prior to going down to The Brickyard. I was apprehensive about their customer service and purchasing from here. I was so very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received from Mike, Allen and all the workers in the yard. Everyone was helpful, professional, kind, and friendly. The employees of brickyard in concord are extremely rude , don’t come here specially as a women alone they will not take you seriously . I spend over five thousands here but they have the worst customers .every single one of them is rude and arrogant.
Two different customers were waiting to come inside on a Saturday during normal business hours. The gate was locked and no one answered the phones. Was the administration staff too lazy to update Google or the phone message to let people know the updated hours? It was an inconvenience to come all the way out to Concord only to find the gate locked!
Last summer we ordered very expensive porcelain pavers from brickyard. We were on a time crunch and were told the ones we wanted were in stock and would arrive on time. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Only half of our order arrived and when we reached out we were told the rest needed to be located… in Italy. We ended up needing to reach out to the manufacturer to get the rest of our order, which took quite some time, and when that arrived it was clearly a very different dye lot.
