Two different customers were waiting to come inside on a Saturday during normal business hours. The gate was locked and no one answered the phones. Was the administration staff too lazy to update Google or the phone message to let people know the updated hours? It was an inconvenience to come all the way out to Concord only to find the gate locked!
Last summer we ordered very expensive porcelain pavers from brickyard. We were on a time crunch and were told the ones we wanted were in stock and would arrive on time. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Only half of our order arrived and when we reached out we were told the rest needed to be located… in Italy.
