Its an apartment building. Well in the 2 years i have lived here January 2015 to 2017 its been pretty good. I'm on the 4th floor and neighbors have never been loud, or anyone around me for that matter. Bees can be an issue if your scared of them. I have had about 20 or more of the things sneak in during the summer months they typically don't bother me and a quick spray of water to wet the wing makes for an easy kill.
