Worst medical centre, waiting 1.5hrs after my appointment & still haven’t seen a doctor Updated: Seriously worst doctors experience in my life, 2.5hrs after my appointment I was seen & even then they hadn’t received my report from the hospital, don’t bother coming unless you are already dead, because you will die waiting. If I could give zero stars I would, also the building is a faraday cage & you will have next to no phone reception so you will die of boredom while waiting that’s unless you die from the illness you went to... read more

Trying to call from 3pm and it’s 5pm at the moment still haven’t picked up my call and when I walked in the medical centre with the call ringing in my phone, front desk was using their phone and kept the phone ringing without answer it for last 2 hours and wouldn’t tell me their name when asked and didn’t book me an appointment with the doctor as well, worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

If Google allowed zero stars, that would be appropriate for this place. The front desk staff are extremely rude with very poor communication skills. It’s hard to understand how they were hired or trained for this role.

Disappointed with the front desk experience. It seems they’ve recently hired a new staff member who lacks basic communication skills and professionalism. When I finished my appointment, he was staring at the computer and made no effort to acknowledge my presence, even though I was standing in front of him and I said 'Hi'. There were no other patients either waiting nor he seemed busy doing anything else. Two stars is about right for this place. If what you want is simple, you'll be able to get what you need. Quick script, doctors note, blood test paperwork, no problem. But it's seriously no frills. The admin staff are polite enough but no always super organised. Had quite an unpleasant experience today (29/5) with a male receptionist who chastised me for being 10 mins late despite my doctor running 45 minutes behind - I am aware they're always behind which is why I felt very comfortable coming in a few minutes late.
