I had an appointment with Dr Jonathan at 2:20 PM. When I arrived, I was told that I was the first patient waiting. However, more than an hour has now passed and I am still waiting to be seen. I understand that medical appointments can sometimes run late due to emergencies or complicated cases, but keeping a patient waiting for over an hour without any clear update is extremely frustrating and disappointing. No prior notice of the wait time. Turned up on time and had to wait 1hr 15mins. Person in front had to wait 1hr 30mins. Consistently long wait times with no prior notice from reception.

Absolutely terrible experience. My appointment was booked for 1:45 PM with Dr Christian Torphy, yet I wasn’t seen until around 3:30 PM—nearly a 2-hour delay for no valid reason. There were barely 1–2 patients ahead of me, which makes the wait even more unacceptable. This clinic is incredibly disorganized, inefficient, and clearly does not value patients’ time.
