Absolutely terrible experience. My appointment was booked for 1:45 PM with Dr Christian Torphy, yet I wasn’t seen until around 3:30 PM—nearly a 2-hour delay for no valid reason. There were barely 1–2 patients ahead of me, which makes the wait even more unacceptable. This clinic is incredibly disorganized, inefficient, and clearly does not value patients’ time. Avoid, refused to even see me after waiting for an hour, yet still charged $20..
Long wait
I’ve been a patient here for 10 years, and Dr Torpy is a fabulous doctor. While appointments can sometimes run behind schedule, I’d much rather wait to see a thorough, caring doctor than feel rushed through a consultation. Highly recommended.
