I waited an hour and 15 minutes for a phone appointment. When I called to get some information, despite apparently being position 1 in the holds queue, it was 15 minutes to get my call answered. No apology, just that the doctor will ring asap. When she called she was very efficient and I was happy with my appointment but the admin and time-management leaves a lot to be desired.

Let me start off by saying if I could give no stars I would, but one star was the minimum required by Google... The only reason I attended this practice was because they bulk bill, and now in hindsight, I really wish I had just paid and gone and seen another doctor. Upon entering, we were greeted by staff and ushered in as first-time patients. However, there was nowhere to sit because all of the upholstered seating area was absolutely disgusting. The wait times have gotten worse over the years. Minimum 30min wait, but often you'll be waiting over an hour, sometimes 2.

My 12 month old son was having his vaccinations and was sitting on the bed, Doctor Sultana advised me to stand on the other side of the bed, as I walking around the bed I was holding onto my son so he could not move anywhere. (My mum was also standing behind him).. Doctor Sultana said with judgement, words to the effect of “you need to pick up your baby, that’s not safe”. I had an appointment with Dr Jonathan at 2:20 PM. When I arrived, I was told that I was the first patient waiting. However, more than an hour has now passed and I am still waiting to be seen. I understand that medical appointments can sometimes run late due to emergencies or complicated cases, but keeping a patient waiting for over an hour without any clear update is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
