You can book on line if you want appointment through Hotdoc. It is recommended to book, especially for a Saturday as there is only one doctor on. There are toilets and comfy seats. There is normally a 20min wait, but doesn't all doctors. There is a pathology there if you need to give blood samples. I have always found the doctor very thorough. Me and my partner have been going here for over a year now and yes the wait times are a bit long but thats normal at a doctors office. It's always so busy there so that shows it's a good doctors office. The receptionist girls are really nice and friendly and the doctors are nice to. If your the type that doesn't like waiting or gets upset easily pick another doctors office
