Brickwork are professional, responsive and detail oriented in managing our small coop. We recently experienced a major building leak over new year and though they were closed for the holiday (and after hours service was called) Brickwork’s owner checked in daily to manage the situation which was much appreciated.

Our small Co-Op has worked with BrickWork for over a decade now, and there is a reason for that. They handle all kinds of important business for us, including our finances, helping us navigate complex City compliance requirements, handling building upkeep, and administering Board matters.
